A company is looking for a Learning Designer (Remote). Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and improve learning experiences, including engagements, study resources, and assessments Apply learning science and instructional methods to enhance learning outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain learning design templates and provide actionable feedbackRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Instructional Design or Learning Sciences Experience in crafting learning experiences for adult learners, preferably in digital learning Proven ability to apply educational psychology principles and curriculum development in practical settings Experience designing learning activities and assessments that support performance outcomes Familiarity with usability principles and inclusive design
