You'llwork alongside our editors and producers across the full post pipeline — getting hands-onexperience with the kind of craft, organization, and storytelling that goes into doc-stylebranded work.This is a great fit for someone early in their post-production career who wants to see how a creative studio operates from the inside, build real reps in the edit, and work on projects that actually ship tobroad audiences.What You'll Do● Cut social media videos (shorts, cutdowns, platform-specific edits)● Prep projects for finishing, color, sound, and final delivery● Handle captioning and subtitling across deliverables● Manage archival, media organization, and project housekeeping● Support senior editors on larger projects as neededWhat We're Looking For● Strong handle on Adobe Premiere Pro — comfortable navigating timelines, organizingprojects, and turning around clean cuts● Basic working knowledge of After Effects (titles, simple graphics, motion fundamentals)● General familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)● Knowledge of and interest in AI post-production tools. We use them across the pipelineand expect that to keep growing. Familiarity with any of the following will set candidatesapart: ChatGPT image generation, Google Veo, Runway, Premiere's built-in AI features(Enhance Speech, Generative Extend, Text-Based Editing), Descript, ElevenLabs, TopazVideo AI, and Adobe Firefly● Sharp eye, good taste, and an interest in documentary and branded storytelling● Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable — post lives or dies on good media management● Open to feedback and excited to learnWhat You'll Get● A real seat at the table on projects for top brands● Exposure to post-production from every angle — assistant editing, social cutdowns,finishing, delivery, archival● Mentorship from working editors, creative directors, and post supervisorsLogistics● 2–3 days per week minimum (8hr day)● Paid at NYC minimum wage ($17.00/hour)● In-person, based out of our studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn● Starting approximately June 1, ongoing● Please submit a portfolio of pertinent post production work
