Our international teams in the US and Barcelona deliver results through smart strategy, sharp creativity, and meticulous execution.About The RoleWe are looking for a mid-level Motion Editor with a strong foundation in motion graphics and video editing, and a clear interest in evolving digital creation, including AI-driven and 3D workflows.This role combines motion design, video editing, and content creation, supporting both campaign and social outputs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop motion graphics for digital, social, and campaign assets Edit video content from various sources, including original footage, found footage, and AI-generated content Source and curate relevant visual materials to support storytelling Translate creative direction into high-quality visual executions Contribute to the creation of AI and 3D-driven video content when needed Ensure consistency and quality across formats and platforms Collaborate closely with creative and production teams Minimum RequirementsMid-level experience in motion design and video editing Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition Experience working with different types of footage (shot, sourced, or generated) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Detail-oriented, with a high standard for craft and execution Interest in AI tools and emerging digital production workflowsPreferred QualificationsExperience with 3D, CGI, or generative video tools Familiarity with content adaptation across social and digital platforms Ability to work across both systemized content and custom creative executions LanguagesEnglish (mandatory) Any other languages is a plus.
