Description:The Inside Sales Representative requires a self-motivated, driven individual that will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. They will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through diligent research and CRM management. This includes putting together qualifications packages for vendor approval. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers by generating leads through research and cold calling. They will collaborate with the Division Lead(s), Outside Sales Representative and Client Managers to assist with setting meetings and developing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for a dedicated region.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.Role and Responsibilities: Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to introduce our products and servicesHigh volume of outbound calls to set appointments for the outside sales team, client managers and division leadsTrack existing client progress and alert sales team and/or CMs to clients whose revenue has dropped or changed substantiallyCollaborate with the sales team, client managers and division leads to develop effective sales strategies and help achieve sales targetsProvide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and working with client managers and sales team to resolve any issues. xaygatp Requirements:BA or BS degree, or equivalent1-2 years of experience in an inside sales or similarExperience sourcing leads and generating sales pipelineHistory of self-motivation and exceptional driveHigh level of organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple processes with minimal supervisionAbility to quickly establish trusting relationships with prospects and assess their needsThis position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
