Kitchen and Bath Designer
Seeking a skilled Kitchen/Bath Designer for European Cabinets & Design Studios in Palo Alto. The Kitchen/Bath Designer will help with all aspects of the design process as well as operating the showroom. We need someone who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, and has a serious work ethic.The showroom Kitchen/Bath Designer must have a keen eye for modern designandproven design skills including knowledge of SketchUp, generating concepts, layouts, and renderings, and an understanding of basic construction and how to read construction drawings.Develop design plans, elevations, and details that illustrate the design intent and use of materials; Based on Senior Designer input, develop approved schematic design documents into fully annotated design development documents in 2D and 3D. Previous experience designing modern kitchens is preferred.The ideal candidate would have an education in interior design or interior architecture as well as previous experience working with clients in an interior design or architecture firm or retail environment.
