Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a skilled injector who combines clinical expertise with aesthetic artistry. Someone who can read a face, listen to a client’s goals, and deliver subtle, sculpted results that feel natural. Candidates are: Licensed RNs, NPs, or PAs in California Experienced with 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting (neurotoxin + dermal filler) Deeply knowledgeable about facial anatomy and balance Confident communicators with a calm, supportive bedside manner Excited to grow with a fast-paced, high-standard brand Key Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxin, dermal filler, skin boosters, PRP/PRF, etc.) Conduct consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and document in EMR Maintain top-tier safety, sanitation, and compliance standards Mentor and oversee junior injectors as needed Support clinic operations (pre-/post-treatment care, follow-ups) Bonus if You Also: Have an active social media presence or patient network Have experience as an aesthetic trainer What You’ll Get Competitive pay structure with bonus opportunities Ongoing in-house training from surgeons and senior injectors Marketing investment to help you build your patient base – we bring in the leads Employee discounts on services and products Clear growth paths into leadership and trainer roles as HoneMD scales Interested?
