Vogue Tyre and Rubber Company – Brand Sales AmbassadorPosition Reporting To – EVP of SalesSummary/ObjectiveThe Vogue Brand Sales Ambassador will be responsible for all marketing and sales aspects of their assigned territory. This would include visiting retailers, wholesalers, riding along with wholesalers, attending car shows and events and looking for new opportunities in their market. The key job function will be to market, sell and maintain current and future Vogue customers. Essential Functions Travel within the territory is required. The Brand Ambassador will keep an extensive list of current Vogue customers and have a complete working list of prospects to look for new opportunities.Required to be an expert in the market, by knowing current events and everything related to the Vogue brand (upcoming concerts, car shows, new store openings, etc.)Contact dealers often to make sure orders, warranties and POP materials are up to date.Communicate with Vogue Marketing and Vogue Sales Management about trends, issues and opportunities. Basically, be the eyes and ears on the road to bubble up information to help grow the Vogue brand.Tracking and analyzing data will help make the job efficient and ensure the territory grows. Complete understanding of BI, Excel and Microsoft will benefit the job performance.Maintenance of the company vehicle that represents Vogue at a high level. This will include cleanliness of the vehicle and maintaining the correct POP inventory in stock to deliver to customers. Represent the Vogue brand in a respectful, professional and consistent manner. Be the role model for others to follow.Ride with and train new members in a way to make them successful. Report to Vogue Management in a consistent manner that is clear and concise with every correspondence stating an opportunity.TravelTravel will be within specific territory and may require travelling up to 80%QualificationsSelf-directed team player with the ability to work in a very fast paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (Combined all in one line)Clean driving record with no issuesMinimum High School DiplomaField Sales experience is preferred. Tire-related experience would be idealBe flexible, travelling Monday through Thursday each weekBe able to work some weekends. Car enthusiasts are preferred. Skills & CompetenciesGoogle maps and geo-mapping skillsBe fluent in SpanishComplete knowledge of Vogue sizes and fitments, and what vehicles they fit Offer training on Dealing with Customer ComplaintsBe able to provide the Sales team with feedback from the vendors and market.Working ConditionsBe able to sit for periods of time due to driving.Be able to lift the tires to provide demonstration and presentation of product.Looking for candidates who reside in California and can travel within those territories.
