Jr. Recruiter
Human Touch Home Health Care has been providing quality care years. Being able to receive care in one's own home provides a level of comfort, security, and independence. We are dedicated to helping families in the areas keep their loved ones in the home they love while receiving the care they need. We are looking for a Jr. Recruiter whose primary function is to assist in the recruitment process and seek qualified caregivers, skilled medical professionals and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Verify attendance of all scheduled interview via phone and email the day prior and day of interview
Create a welcoming candidate experience for all applicants and new hires
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires as needed
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure all post are accurate, closed and reposted every two weeks or as needed
Maintain accurate notes and statuses
Assist with research potential for potential community outreach opportunities and job boards that with increase candidate flow
Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires when needed
Job Type: Full-Time and Onsite
Minimum Education Required:
Highschool Diploma/GED
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Minimum Experience Required:
Under 1 year
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
Understanding of talent management principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
