HR Manager (Healthcare Recruiting & Employee Experience) – Fairfax, VA (Hybrid)
Overview:I-CARE Inc. has been serving Northern Virginia for over 30 years, providing in-home care and operating an intimate assisted living community. We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead recruiting and support our team as we continue to grow.Position Overview:This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both recruiting and employee relations. You will manage the full employee lifecycle—from sourcing and hiring caregivers and clinical staff to supporting and retaining a strong, reliable team.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruiting (job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring)Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of caregivers and healthcare staffOversee onboarding and orientation to ensure strong startsServe as the main point of contact for employee relations and HR supportEnsure compliance with HR policies and healthcare staffing regulationsSupport leadership in improving retention, culture, and team performanceWhat We're Looking For:3–7+ years of HR experience (healthcare preferred)Proven experience in high-volume recruitingExperience recruiting caregivers (CNA, PCA, RMA) or healthcare staff in home care or assisted living strongly preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of HR compliance and hiring practicesSchedule & Location:Hybrid role: 2 days per week in-office in Fairfax, VARemaining days flexible based on workflowCompensation:$70,000 per yearOpportunity for growth within a well-established and expanding healthcare organizationWhy Join I-CARE:Family-founded, mission-driven companyLeadership that values people and teamworkOpportunity to directly impact hiring, culture, and care qualityMeaningful work serving clients and families in the communityWe look forward to hearing from you.
