Role Description We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a full-time on-site position in the Greater Evansville Area. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing accounts, identifying customer needs, and ensuring a high level of communication with both current and potential clients. Collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and deliver tailored solutions is key to this role. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify prospects and actively engage in outbound sales effortsStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and foster long-term relationshipsProficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow customer accounts effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environmentPrevious experience in a sales-focused role, particularly in relevant industries, is preferredProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields are an asset
