This role will drive data-based decision-making through advanced analytics, scalable dashboard development, and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Tableau and SQL, comfortable working with large datasets in Databricks, complex analysis, automation, and modeling. This position requires strong critical thinking, technical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-makingTranslate business questions into structured analyses and clear visual outputsWrite efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise systemsDesign and implement statistical models or machine learning approaches to support forecasting, optimization, or predictive analytics initiativesWork within Databricks or similar platforms to explore and analyze large datasetsPartner with data engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistencyPerform root cause analysis and identify trends, risks, and performance driversDocument reporting logic, metric definitions, and data sourcesPresent findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiencesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative fieldBachelors and 6+ years of work experience, Masters and 4+ years of work experience.
