This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for a senior technologist who is equally comfortable in a client conversation and in the codebase — someone who wants real ownership and upside, not a 9-to-5.The RoleWe're looking for a senior Full-Stack Technical Consultant to join us on a per-diem basis and serve as Lenoo Tech's US-facing technical representative. This is primarily a client-facing, consultancy, and business development role: you'll be the trusted technical advisor who scopes problems, shapes solutions, and guides US prospects and clients from idea to delivery. Up to 50% of your time will be spent hands-on in development — architecting and building the solutions you recommend.You'll drive pipeline through your professional network — warm introductions, discovery calls, and relationship follow-through — while representing Lenoo Tech credibly in the US market. Brand visibility is handled through Lenoo's official channels; your personal social profiles remain yours. This is a true partnership role with a 40% revenue/profit-share structure, so your earnings scale directly with the relationships you build and the work you deliver.What You'll DoClient-facing, consultancy & business development (≈50%+)Serve as Lenoo Tech's US technical representative — the primary point of contact for US prospects and clients.Lead discovery calls, scope requirements, and advise on architecture and technology choices.Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Drive pipeline through your professional network — warm introductions, 1:1 outreach, and relationship follow-through.Represent Lenoo Tech at virtual events, partner conversations, and select in-person meetings in the US.Publish brand content through Lenoo Tech's official channels (not your personal social feeds).Development (up to 50%)Architect, build, and ship full-stack applications — front-end, back-end, APIs, and deployment.Make pragmatic, hands-on engineering decisions in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment.Prototype quickly to validate ideas and de-risk client engagements.What We're Looking For7+ years of professional full-stack development experience.Proven startup experience — you've built and shipped in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments.US-based with an established professional network you can activate for introductions and outreach.Strong client-facing skills — you can lead consultations, manage relationships, and present with confidence.Comfortable serving as a company representative in calls, events, and partner discussions.Network-based business development mindset — warm intros, discovery calls, and email outreach (personal social posting not required).Strong command of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar).Solid experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud deployment.Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable owning outcomes — both commercial and technical.Nice to HavePrior consulting, agency, fractional-CTO, or BDR/sales-engineering experience.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.A track record of taking products from zero to launch.Experience growing business through network-based outreach and technical credibility.Comfort representing a company at events, webinars, or partner meetings.Compensation & EngagementPer-diem engagement — flexible, project-based work rather than a fixed salary.40% revenue/profit share — your compensation is tied directly to the business you help generate and the work you deliver.High autonomy, high upside, and the opportunity to grow into a long-term partnership as Lenoo Tech scales in the US.
