Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.ResponsibilitiesSupport post-signature teams with education-related questions regarding how to use the Orion platformIdentify, research, and repair orders in Orion that require workaroundsIdentify and communicate trends of user issues in the Orion platformSubmit tickets to development team and follow tickets through to repair and communicate with stakeholders about progress of ticketQualificationsEager to learn the Orion technology on a user-level basis (deep and tactical)Creative problem solvingPersistence and dedicated to providing timely and thorough follow upComfortable and adaptable to changeProfessional verbal and written communication skillsExperience in providing customer support for internal teams, respects urgency around providing supportThe salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
