Service Desk Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of customer service experience
1-3 years of experience with Windows 8 and 10 (Experience with Windows 11 is encouraged)
1-3 years of experience with implementing and supporting Windows Server
Expertise and ability to troubleshoot Active Directory, NTFS permissions, and Group Policy
Experience with Microsoft Exchange (2010+, Office 365)
Experience with implementing and supporting Two Factor Authentication
Experience with implementing and supporting Spam filters
Experience with Google Gsuite
Apple OS experience is encouraged
Experience with supporting and troubleshooting Virtualization solutions with VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
Desired certifications include MCSA/MCSE, Linux, CCNA
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Detail-oriented with ability to draw relevant and effective conclusions from data analysis.
Take corrective action and provide technical direction to resolve errors or inconsistencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide tier 1,2 & 3 remote and onsite support to Datotel clients as well as internal Datotel staff
Administration of Windows Server 2012+ operating systems, maintain and suggest/make improvements to customer’s server environments
Assist other teams with developing, installing, and configuring client server environments
