Leadership Enablement Associate
Position OverviewThe Leadership Enablement Associate supports leadership effectiveness and execution discipline across The CAM Collective's portfolio of Member Companies.This role helps bring TCC-OS to life across the portfolio. TCC-OS is The CAM Collective's practical adaptation of EOS, designed to support the needs of our Member Companies and the way TCC operates. This role helps ensure that Member Company leaders have the tools, structure, and support they need to operate effectively within TCC's operating rhythm. The position focuses on facilitating execution, reinforcing accountability, and supporting leadership development in a way that is pragmatic, flexible, and useful. This role partners closely with SVPs to support their teams and help maintain a consistent operating rhythm across Member Companies.What You'll Do:Facilitate Portfolio Operating RhythmFacilitate quarterly rock review sessions across Member CompaniesFacilitate annual planning ("boulder setting") sessionsSupport leadership teams in maintaining clarity on priorities and accountabilityEnsure sessions stay structured, productive, and aligned with SVP directionMaintain facilitation materials, templates, and session documentationLeadership Development & EnablementPartner with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver leadership development workshopsSupport training programs for:first-time managersnew Member Company Presidentsoperational leadership teamsHelp translate leadership principles into practical tools and exercisesAssist with development programs that build future leadership bench strengthLearning Program Design & ContentCreate facilitator guides, playbooks, and training materialsSupport the creation of scalable leadership learning pathsDevelop training modules for workshops, leadership sessions, and onboardingWork closely with internal subject matter experts to capture and package best practicesMember Company OnboardingFacilitate onboarding sessions for new Member CompaniesHelp leadership teams establish cadence, accountability structures, and operating rhythmsEnsure new MCs integrate smoothly into TCC's leadership frameworksCoaching Program CoordinationHelp manage TCC's external executive coaching benchCoordinate coach matching for leaders when development needs ariseSupport SVPs in selecting appropriate coaches and defining engagement scopeTrack coaching engagements and learning outcomesProgram Operations & AnalyticsTrack participation, engagement, and feedback across leadership programsMonitor consistency of operating cadence across MCsProvide insights to leadership on program effectiveness and adoptionContinuously refine learning experiences based on feedback and outcomesRequirements3-6 years experience in leadership development, consulting, operations, or organizational developmentStrong facilitation skills in group settingsExperience creating professional training materials and presentationsAbility to translate leadership concepts into practical tools and discussionsExcellent organization and project management skillsHigh emotional intelligence and ability to meet leaders where they areCuriosity and humility - someone who listens before prescribing solutionsPreferred:Familiarity with EOS or similar operating frameworksExperience supporting multiple business units or portfolio companiesExperience facilitating leadership workshopsWho You AreA facilitator, not a lecturerA builder, comfortable turning ideas into programs and materialsA partner, able to collaborate with SVPs and leadership teamsA pragmatist, focused on what works rather than enforcing systemsA learner, open to feedback and constantly improvingBenefitsWhat We OfferBase compensation: $75,000-$95,000Flexible hybrid work scheduleMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchShort-term and long-term disability (company-paid)Unlimited PTO
