Training Manager (Marketing/Brand Immersion)
Our client is looking for a Learning & Development manager to be responsible for executing and continuously improving the Brand Immersion training programThis is a long term contract that is hybrid to Downtown Chicago 3 days per week Responsibilities: Translating brand standards and experience principles into practical, commercially relevant learning that supports deal development and owner engagementOwn end-to-end execution of the Brand Immersion training program (creation of new modules, rollout, and continuous improvement)Build and deliver end-to-end learning experiences, including outlining content, defining flow, and creating engaging and interactive elementsLeverage AI and tools to accelerate content development and program executionQualifications: 5+ years in Learning & DevelopmentExperience supporting sales enablement or commercial teams (training, not collateral)Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and learning ecosystemsExperience using AI to evaluate and improve learning effectivenessExperience with modern content tools (e.g., Articulate, Synthesia, Canva)pay around 55-65/hr
