The Director will also be tasked with overseeing social listening workstreams to extract actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and serving as the senior strategic lead in client-facing meetings.Applicants for the Director, Social Strategy position at the company should have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare social media landscape, including the ability to navigate FDA and internal MLR requirements.
