Lead Architect - BLS
DescriptionDiscover your exciting roleThe Lead Architect is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and guide the architectural team during the design/construction process. The Lead Architect will have three main customers: the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Will interface daily primarily with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Project Management Team, Architects, Design Leads, QA/QC Manager, and the Architectural Discipline Lead.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesTrains and develops Architectural Designers in all processes/procedures/standardsCoordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problemsReviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordinationCollaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specificationsMaintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing design responsibilityMentors Interns and junior members of project teamsParticipates in the development of office standards and proceduresOther duties as assignedShow your expertiseBachelor's degree in Architecture requiredMaster's in Architecture preferredArchitectural License (AIA) requiredNation Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate preferred10+ years of experience5+ years of experience working on pharmaceutical and life science facilitiesExperience executing projects utilizing Autodesk Building System SoftwareExperience with Design-Build a plusExperience managing teams utilizing Autodesk Building Systems Software Experience with Design-Build a plusExperience in global teams and/or multi-office project execution is desirableContact:You want to be part of the Exyte team?
