Role Description The Headmaster of Veritas Collegiate Academy will oversee all aspects of the K-12 educational program, ensuring adherence to academic standards, ethical values, and a nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities include managing faculty and staff, implementing curriculum strategies, handling administrative tasks, and serving as the primary representative of the school in the community. The role also involves fostering partnerships with families, maintaining school culture, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chesapeake, VA. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skillsExperience in curriculum planning, student performance assessment, and educational program developmentExcellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance managementAbility to inspire and engage students, teachers, parents, and the wider school communityMaster’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in a leadership role within a K-12 educational settingFamiliarity with classical education methods and philosophies is a plus
