Business Operations Manager

About the Company: Canon Business Process Services, Inc. is a subsidiary of Canon USA that provides on-site managed workforce solutions to Fortune 100 clients.About the Role: The Business Operations Manager will oversee daily operations for a corporate enterprise account. Will be responsible for conducting needs analysis and driving service levels across all workplace experience functions for multiple sites across the region. Responsibilities:Responsible for oversight of daily operations within a corporate enterprise accountDirect activities of on-site managers to drive productivity levelsMonitor all assigned business units to ensure service levels are maintainedMaintain relationships with client leaders to drive operational needsMonitors financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&LParticipate in regular meetings with C-Level executivesWork with cross-functional stakeholders to drive service enhancementsAssist in quarterly business reviews and sales presentationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required5 years of regional operations management with a Fortune 100 enterprise accountExperience in corporate facilities or hospitalityExperience managing a team with at least 5-10 direct reportsProven ability to manage relationships with C-Level executivesExperience developing workplace solutions and technological enhancementsProficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and Facilities SoftwareRequired Skills:Experience in corporate facilities or hospitalityRegional Operations ManagementClient relationship managementPreferred Skills:Technological enhancementsProject managementFinancial performance monitoringSalary: $125,000-$150,000Equal Opportunity Statement: We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
