Bilingual Operations Manager

If you meet the qualifications below, please apply today!Broad Functions:The primary responsibility of an Operations Manager is to partner with leadership and directly with the client to ensure successful execution of daily operations by meeting and/or exceeding KPIs and SLA. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for monitoring the overall operations.Manage customer relationships.Partner in developing nGroup's strategic goals.Identify business opportunities to improve revenue streams.Drives nGroup's profitability goals.Analyze financial reports.Review partner and negotiate business contracts.Contribute to sales development and customer onboarding. StrategyLeadership/Management:Implement and promote nGroup's vision.Develop reward policies, plans, and programs that are competitive and cost-effective.Establish working priorities and prepare and manage site budgets. DecisionMaking/Authority:Collaborate with other leaders/Directors/DVPs to decide on business strategies. 2. Ensure compliance with company policies and local and federal regulations.Assess, evaluate, and report on overall team and individual leader performanceSeek new business tools and methods.Business/Financial Results:Set performance and financial goals and attain them through team direction and managementProvide leadership and guidance to Operations on CPU strategy, KPIs, obstacles to performance, and continuous improvement strategies.Prepare and allocate budgets.Define and cascade down SMART objectives.Relationship Management:Work alongside senior leadership and promote culture.Making strategic decisions about hiring and terminating current staff based on performance issues or corporate needs.Develop new and existing leaders within the organization.Oversee the assessment and evaluation of training and development needs at all levels.Business Alignment:Identify ways to maximize SLA performance and revenue.Set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results. 3. Recommend changes to company policies or procedures.Provide business updates to the AGM/GM regularly.Talent Development:Facilitate the onboarding process—schedule equipment training and certification.Continually focuses on and develops talent, including self-development. Coaches and mentors provide leadership with feedback on associates' performance. Continuously drives programs to support internal retention, both hourly and salaried members of designated teams.Champions development initiatives as they are rolled out and executes necessary compliance trainingDevelops and mentors associates interested in pursuing a leadership role within the organization.Experienced in providing coaching and feedback to the leadership team.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.2+ years' experience in a warehouse setting in an operations Manager capacity.Ability to develop and deliver long and short-term plans as part of the overall strategy for achieving successful operational goals.Ability to collaborate well with clients to ensure a solid and trusting relationship is maintained for the life of the account.Dealing with associate relationship challenges before handing them to the Human Resources Manager.On-site.
