St. Joseph's Health, Syracuse, NY is seeking NP Dates of Coverage: ASAP-3 months minimum Reason for Coverage: Leave coverage Schedule: Varies-need willingness for days/nights/eve/weekends. Client is looking for full time availability. Call Schedule: 1-2 days/week if any, only overnight emergency OR call (taken from home) Call Ratio: as above Practice Setting: Inpatient only, no clinic Average Number of Patients Per Day: service census approx 15-20 patients, round on 3-5/day Documentation System/EMR: Epic Will APP be Working Autonomously? Yes Supervising Physician Present During Assignment?: Yes-surgeon Patient Age Demographic: Adult/geriatric Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 1 month
