Job Description Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a global leader in the fragrance and flavors industry, is seeking to hire a Quality Control Lab Technician to join their team in Lebanon, Ohio.Pay: $27/hr Shift:12:00pm-12:30am on a 2-2-3 rotation, however you will train 8:00am-4:40pm, Monday - Friday for the first 30 days. Responsibilities:Perform standard evaluation and testing of batch samples from production and R&DBe dependable, ability to multi-task, productive and high-quality workmanshipLearn and follow established protocolsMaintain accurate records of resultsPerform regular lab verifications and calibrationsInteract with Production personnel to ensure successful productsAssist in Environmental testingGC-GC/MS experience - sample preparation and data analysisOperate lab equipment: Refractive Index, Specific Gravity, Sensory, Data Analysis, Other lab equipment and testing as neededResponsible for adding waste to a satellite accumulation container, labeling, sampling, analyzing, and transporting hazardous waste.Other duties as assigned by managementQualifications: High School Diploma or equivalentMust be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.Constant standing; frequent walkingGood verbal and written communication skills#ZINGZIP#ZINGMWHV Company DescriptionZing Recruiting is dedicated to delivering candidates and client’s alike a great experience for each unique position.
