Banner University Medicine Tucson is growing and seeking a CRNA Manager to join our anesthesia care team serving the vibrant communities of Tucson and Southern Arizona. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented; dedicated to providing excellent care in challenging situations and be able to work independently as well as an integral part of a team. You will be a key leader in the department and as such, would be expected to lead a large team of CRNAs, clinically manage and evaluate patients, assist with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, interpret diagnostic tests, prescription of medications, consultation, research, and education of SRNAs. We proudly offer opportunities for CRNAs to practice in OB with a commitment of one weekend day per month that is included in FTE not in addition to. This position thrives in an open culture of communication with multidisciplinary physicians, residents, and other clinicians for a collective team approach to safe patient care.Position Details: Salary of $275,000 + incentives Key leadership position to support the Anesthesia service lineProvide leadership to foster a collaborative & supportive work environmentWork to uphold Banners strategic mission to support recruitment and retentionReviews and manages team scheduleLead regular CRNA team meetings, performance management, and HR dutiesWork closely with both department and hospital leadership to develop the teamMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of CRNA experience, leadership experience a plusCurrent Board Certification and Arizona CRNA License (or eligible)Up-to-date CPR, BLS, and ACLS certificationsPALSExperienced and graduating CRNAs are encouraged to applyExperience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for OB.
