Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A Registered Nurse is sought for the 2025-2026 school year to provide dedicated nursing care in an educational setting located in Tualatin, OR. This contract-to-hire opportunity involves a 1:1 assignment with a first-grade student, ensuring the student receives personalized health support throughout the school day.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct nursing care to a first-grade student in a 1:1 setting.Monitor and manage the students health needs, medications, and medical equipment.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.Respond promptly to health-related concerns and emergencies within the school environment.Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with school policies and healthcare regulations.Qualifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.Previous experience working in school nursing or pediatric settings preferred.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and school staff.Ability to work independently and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.Commitment to supporting the health and learning needs of young students.Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:45 pmThis role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a young students educational experience by providing essential healthcare support during the school day.
