Job Description ️ Job Title: Tiki Hut Crew Member Location: Meet daily at home base in [Ne Saint Petersburg FL] – Travel to job sites across the region. Job Summary: Oasis Tiki Huts is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our build crew. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role focused on the construction, framing, and thatching of high-quality tiki huts. You'll work outdoors with a tight-knit team, building dream backyards one hut at a time. Duties & Responsibilities: • Use shovel and post hole digger to dig foundation holes for hut support posts • Assist in framing and assembling tiki hut structures (posts, beams, cross bracing) • Help Perform thatching using palm fronds and natural materials • Load/unload materials, tools, and supplies at job sites • Work on ladders, scaffolding scissor lift— often at heights • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and job sites • Follow direction from the Team lead or foreman • Operate basic tools safely (saws, drills, hammers) • Adapt to weather conditions and daily job requirements • Uphold all safety protocols and cIompany standards Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older • Comfortable working at heights — no fear of ladders, scaffolding or scissor lifts • Physically fit — able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly • Reliable transportation to and from home base daily • ZERO tolerance for drugs or alcohol — random testing may occur • Willingness to work in Florida heat and outdoor conditions • Previous experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, or similar is a plus • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Schedule & Compensation: • Hours: Monday–Friday | Meet at 6:00 AM, and begin our return around 2:30 PM (varies by project) occasional weekends • Starting Pay: $120 per day • Probation Period: 30 days – any no-call/no-show or tardiness results in termination • If completed you will undergo a 30 day review for your further employment status.
