Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in St. Petersburg, FL, is for a Lead Carpenter/Foreman/Project Manager. The individual will oversee construction projects, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to established quality standards. Daily tasks include supervising project teams, hands-on carpentry, coordinating materials and tools, ensuring job site safety, and providing technical guidance. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project completion is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Carpentry, including both rough and finish carpentry.Extensive experience with Hand Tools and Power Tools for construction tasks.Solid understanding and competency in Framing techniques and applications.Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to guide construction.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage teams effectively.Commitment to adherence to safety protocols and standards.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges efficiently.Previous experience in a supervisory or management construction role is highly desirable.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
