Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Child Care Executive Director based in Franklin, TN. The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, curriculum implementation, compliance with state licensing and safety standards, and fostering strong relationships with families. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading professional development, ensuring enrollment goals are met, and collaborating with the leadership team to maintain a high standard of preschool education and care. Qualifications Background in Nursing or Medicine, with a focus on health and wellness in child care settingsExperience in Case Management and Critical Care Medicine to support health and safety protocolsSkills in Training to provide professional development for staffStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsKnowledge of state licensing requirements and educational standards for early childhood programsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferredProven experience in leading or administrating a child care center or educational institution
