Role Description The Store Manager in Training will work on-site in Edison, NJ, in a full-time role. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability. The role also involves managing and motivating the store team, executing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Trainees are expected to develop leadership skills and effectively transition into a Store Manager position.Hourly $24-$27 Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer SatisfactionDemonstrated expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss PreventionExcellent Communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a teamProven ability to meet sales goals and drive operational excellenceDriving KPI results Previous experience in retail management is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, management, or a related field is a plus
