We specialize in supporting high-impact initiatives across regulated industries where reliability, compliance, and security are essential.We are currently seeking an experienced AssurX Certified Developer to join a remote consulting team supporting a large-scale AssurX ECOS deployment for a major U.S. utility. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with deep knowledge of NERC CIP compliance and the technical expertise to design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade AssurX solutions.As part of this engagement, you will work directly with operational and compliance stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of AssurX modules. You'll contribute across the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, enhancement, and ongoing support.This is a U.S.-based remote position that requires quarterly travel to the West Coast for onsite working sessions and solution reviews.This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven project at scale, backed by a high-performing consulting team that values integrity, autonomy, and real-world problem solving.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and configure AssurX ECOS modules aligned with client business requirements and technical goalsGuide and implement configuration strategies that align with NERC CIP regulatory standardsLead system testing efforts and remediate critical issues identified during integration or user acceptance testingProvide ongoing technical support post-deployment, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and end-user guidanceCollaborate with stakeholders to recommend workflow improvements, process automations, and user adoption strategiesAnalyze constraints and risks, propose solutions, and deliver reliable technical documentation and configuration artifactsSupport enhancement efforts based on user feedback and evolving compliance needsMust-have:AssurX Advanced Developer CertificationMinimum 5 years of experience designing, configuring, and deploying AssurX ECOS or equivalent solutionsProven experience supporting NERC CIP or similar critical infrastructure compliance programsDemonstrated ability to lead software configuration projects in regulated or utility environmentsStrong troubleshooting, testing, and defect remediation skillsMust be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent ResidentMust reside in and remain within the continental United States for the duration of the engagementMust be willing and able to travel to the West Coast once per quarterPreferred:Previous experience deploying enterprise platforms in utility or energy sectorsBackground in IT compliance, audit readiness, or security governanceExperience with systems integration or automating compliance workflowsInsurance - health, dental, & visionPTO & Federal Holidays401K, employer matchQuarterly travel to the West Coast for Mon - Thurs colocations.
