This is a high-impact role for a hands-on technical accountant who thrives in a complex, global close environment.What You'll Do:Manage and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end general ledger close processes to public company standardsPrepare and post complex, multi-entity Stock-Based Compensation entries (Stock Options, RSUs, PSUs)Extract, analyze, and reconcile large volumes of equity and payroll data from third-party plan administratorsBook large-scale equity journal entries across Cash, APIC, and Tax Withholding accountsResearch and resolve complex tax withholding and intercompany entity errorsBuild "what-if" financial scenario models in Excel to support CFO-level forecastingCoordinate data collection across numerous international pension plans for SEC disclosure accuracyDocument journal entries to rigorous audit-ready public company standardsPrepare balance sheet accruals and resolve close-cycle discrepanciesDeliver accurate, timely account reconciliations for corporate and operational unitsWhat You Bring:Strong public company technical accounting background, ideally with stock compensation and equity accounting experienceComfort working across complex, multi-entity, global structuresAdvanced Excel skills; strong reconciliation and analytical rigorAbility to step in quickly and work independently in a fast-paced close environmentCPA preferred
