This role will act as the data design authority, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while enabling scalable, high-quality data solutions that support analytics and advanced data use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead enterprise data architecture strategy, standards, and best practicesDesign and implement cloud-based Lakehouse architecture leveraging Azure-native technologiesEstablish and govern data models, integration patterns, metadata frameworks, and data quality standardsArchitect and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to support consistent and trusted data across the organizationPartner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to translate requirements into scalable data solutionsEnsure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance frameworksProvide leadership on ETL/ELT best practices, data performance optimization, and platform scalabilityCollaborate with enterprise and solution architects to align data strategy with broader technology initiativesMentor and guide engineering teams to promote best practices in data architecture and engineeringRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related fields5+ years in a lead or architect-level roleStrong experience designing and implementing cloud-native data platformsDeep expertise in data modeling and enterprise data architecture principlesHands-on experience with MDM solutions (Profisee or similar preferred)Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, etc.)Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and modern data processing frameworksStrong understanding of data governance, lineage, cataloging, and quality managementExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience with real-time data streaming technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs)Exposure to BI/analytics platforms such as Power BI or TableauKnowledge of data security and privacy frameworksCloud certifications in Azure data engineering or architecture
