Senior Sales Development Representative (AI / Supply Chain Tech)About the role:As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll join a high-performing, solution-oriented sales team bringing an AI-powered transportation management platform to enterprise customers across the Americas.You’ll engage daily with senior stakeholders across logistics and supply chain, discussing topics such as international freight, procurement, shipment visibility, and operational efficiency. This role requires developing a strong understanding of global shipping operations and how modern technology is transforming the space.Your primary objective is to generate qualified opportunities by engaging with senior Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics leaders at large enterprise organisations.What you’ll be doingLearn and communicate how the platform modernises global logistics operationsIdentify and qualify new business opportunities within enterprise accountsExecute highly personalised, value-led outbound campaignsConduct deep account research (industry trends, personas, intent signals)Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline trackingPartner closely with Account Executives to progress opportunitiesSupport mid-funnel progression through stakeholder engagement and coordinationMulti-thread deals by engaging multiple decision-makersCollaborate on go-to-market strategy within your segmentConsistently contribute to pipeline generation and revenue outcomesYour experienceBackground in freight forwarding, carriers, logistics, or supply chain technology (strongly preferred)2–3+ years in sales, business development, or client-facing rolesProven track record of exceeding targetsExperience in outbound / “hunter” sales environmentsComfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth companiesWhat makes you a great fitStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCommercially driven with a high level of ownershipCurious and proactive — able to identify and solve problemsStrategic thinker who can navigate complex organisationsHighly motivated with clear career progression goalsComfortable working across multiple tools and systemsWhat’s on offerCompetitive base salary + performance-based commission (OTE structure)Opportunity to join a fast-scaling company transforming a global industryCollaborative, high-performance team environmentClear career progression pathways into AE or leadership rolesComprehensive benefits package (healthcare, retirement, etc.)
