Applicants can expect a stable, growth-oriented environment that values community, service, and long-term careers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teller role based in Pensacola, FL. The Teller will provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine financial transactions. Responsibilities include handling cash drawers, balancing at the end of each day, and following all security, compliance, and operational procedures. The role also includes answering customer questions, identifying opportunities to refer customers to other bank products and services, and assisting with resolving basic account issues. The Teller will work closely with branch team members to support a positive customer experience and help maintain the professional appearance and organization of the branch.QualificationsStrong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills to serve a diverse customer base professionally and respectfully.Cash handling accuracy, basic math proficiency, and attention to detail to manage transactions and balance a cash drawer reliably.Comfort with computers, banking software, and standard office equipment, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including security and confidentiality standards.Problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to stay calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent; prior banking, retail, or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required.Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work scheduled branch hours, including occasional Saturdays if required.Willingness to participate in training and development to learn additional bank products and advance within the organization.
