This position requires a talented developer comfortable with work autonomy and the collaborative team environment. Geospatial web and desktop applications in .NET framework experience required. Cybersecurity Workforce Information Assurance Technical Level II required. State, local or Federal Government web application development experience desired.Relevant Experience.Developed geospatial web and desktop applications in .NET framework via ASPX, C#, Visual Basic, and Java Script while leveraging Environmental Systems Research Institute (Esri) and Oracle spatial products.Database development and administration experience.Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) DesignationsInformation Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II DoD-approved 8570 Baseline Certification in accordance with Cyberspace Workforce Management and Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program. Appropriate Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) Certificate. Complete balance of qualifications for IAT Level II Certification within 6 Months of hire date.Education.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT)-related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience orAssociate's Degree in IT-related field or Professional Developer Certificate in a field relevant to EIMS with at least 6 years of relevant experience; orAt least 8 years of relevant experience.QualificationsSECRET Clearance: Required.Security ClearanceApplicants may need to have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the Minimum Qualifications.
