This hands-on role requires strong backend and frontend development expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience building cloud-native, event-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.Build and support microservices using Spring Boot.Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker.Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka and MQ.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Follow Agile development practices, code reviews, testing, and documentation standards.Required Skills8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 21+ preferred).Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful microservices.Frontend development expertise with Angular 19+ and RxJS.Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native environments.Strong knowledge of Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures.Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
