CGP - Site Controller

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Site Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $62.00 to $72.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Oversee site level people operations, including workforce planning, headcount reporting, and HR data reconciliation to meet corporate timelines.Manage daily HR activities such as coordinating with payroll, supporting leaves and benefits, and ensuring accurate employee records.Lead annual HR planning, including budget inputs, staffing forecasts, and ad hoc analyses to support site objectives.Develop people analytics that inform decisions on staffing, productivity, and cost management and present insights to site leadership.Review and update HR policies and procedures for compliance and consistency and support site reviews and special initiatives. Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; advanced credentials.10+ years of progressive experience in HR or people operations within a complex, multi function environment.Strong understanding of payroll practices, benefits administration, compliance, and audit support.Demonstrated ability to partner with site leaders and cross functional teams to improve processes and results.Proven capability to manage deadlines, balance priorities, and deliver accurate work under pressure. Qualifications:Effective leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence outcomes across the site.Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with close attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present clear recommendations.High level of discretion in handling sensitive employee and financial information.Organized, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement to support better decision making.REF #51743
