Dessert ExcellenceProduce & decorate desserts, pastries, and cakesMake creams, sauces, and fillings for cakes and pastriesTraining & SupportDemonstrate proper techniques to new cakers & support staffComplete various reports such as production, usage, and wasteWorkspace EnvironmentReceive, stock, & store food in designated storage areasClean, organize & maintain your workspaceSupport team members, where needed NOTE: This role typically requires early morning availability (shifts range from 2am/3am - 7am start times)WHAT YOU NEEDPrevious experience in confectionary food service, cafes, and/or bakeriesFood Handler’s Certificate, preferredFood safety and labeling knowledgeKnowledge of food production process, sanitation, and quality control processes Weekday, weekend, and/or holiday availabilityAbility to prioritize and follow directionsIntegrity, efficiency, and dependabilityAbility to lift 25 lbs
