Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionA Pittsburgh based food manufacturer is currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for all shifts..Duties including (but not limited to):Work in tandem with Sanitation team to ensure that all machinery is disassembled for cleaning and is reassembled in a timely fashion to ensure that production runs on schedule while making repairs needed. Work closely with all departments within the organization to address maintenance issues pertaining to equipment, machinery and/or the facilityComplete assigned work orders or self generated real time maintenance documentation by due date in CMMS system. Complete various daily walk-thru checklists. Perform breakdown,corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance tasks as needed. Work in alignment with company safety procedures. 1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm2nd shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm3rd shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 amQualified candidates must have the following:Minimum 2 - 3+ years general maintenance experience with strong mechanical aptitudeAbility to aptly communicate and document work using Microsoft outlook and digital cmms systemsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment & effectively meet deadlinesPrevious experience within a conveyors in manufacturing environment strongly preferredAbility to read drawings and diagnose electrical areas. You have to be able to use a meter.
