Overview:Role: Workday - Banking & SettlementLocation: Minneapolis, MNKey Responsibilities:Configure and support Workday Banking & Settlement moduleManage payment setup, processing, and settlement workflowsHandle bank integrations (payment files, statements, formats)Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controlsCollaborate with Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to support end-to-end processes.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment processing and settlementsSupport testing, upgrades, and new feature implementations.Document processes and provide user training as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience in Workday Financials - Banking & SettlementKnowledge of payment formats (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, BACS, etc.)Experience with bank file integrations and settlement processesFamiliarity with cash management and reconciliationGood problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Good to Have:Workday Certification in Banking & Settlement or FinancialsExperience with other Workday Financial modules (e.g., AP, AR, Expenses).Exposure to global banking processes.
