Required Skills: Valid CRNA certification and licensure in Michigan Proven experience in anesthesia administration within a surgical setting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Epic Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills Comfortable managing a broad patient demographic, including pediatric to geriatric patients Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in Level 4 trauma centers Familiarity with endoscopy procedures Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS Preferred Education and Experience: Master s degree or higher in Nursing with anesthesia specialization Minimum of 2 years of clinical CRNA experience Prior experience working in a surgical or trauma environment Other Requirements: Must complete Epic EMR training prior to start; waiver options available for experienced practitioners Must pass a physical and a 5-panel drug screen within 30 days of assignment (reimbursements not included) Willingness to accept sporadic PRN coverage with potential for future assignments Able to travel to and from the facility as needed This is an excellent opportunity to advance your anesthetic career in a supportive environment that values your expertise.
