Training Specialist

Juicewell in Houston, TX is looking for one training specialist to join our 41 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. Benefits We offer many great benefits, including Health Insurance, performance incentives and bonus, meal credit, etc. Responsibilities *Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders *Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action *Ensure staff is up to date on policy and procedures *Provide assistance or extra training to ensure success as needed Qualifications *Experience working as a training manager or specialist *A positive and supportive attitude that supports our values and culture *Ability to communicate and listen effectively *Strong organizational and prioritizing skills *Must have transportation and flexible to train multiple locations *Minimum of 5 years in food and beverage industry with 2 years in leadership role We are looking forward to reading your application.
