Job Title – Project Coordinator IVJob Location - Schenectady, New YorkJob Duration- 1+ yearJob Description - ·      Working Model: Fully on-site·      Working hours: 8am - 4pmKey Responsibilities: ·      Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues. ·      Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use. ·      Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices. ·      Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities. ·      Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking. ·      Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors. ·      Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout.
