We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager who enjoys tackling complex challenges, developing strong teams, and creating best-in-class systems that keep operations running smoothly.If you excel in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, like turning insights into action, and value collaboration as the key to success, this may be the perfect next step in your career.Responsibilities:As our Maintenance Manager, you'll report to the Director of Engineering & Maintenance and take ownership of all things maintenance—people, processes, equipment, and results.You'll:Lead and inspire the entire Maintenance Department, including supervisors, technicians, planners, and buyersOwn the maintenance budget and deliver results aligned with business goalsDrive downtime reduction using data, metrics, and smart preventative and predictive maintenance strategiesBe hands-on when it matters most, especially during critical start-upsBuild and execute annual equipment rebuild and capital improvement plansChampion safety programs, including LOTO, electrical safety, confined space, and fall protectionOversee CMMS utilization for asset management, work orders, labor tracking, and spare parts inventoryPartner closely with Reliability, Automation, and Facilities teams to solve problems and improve performanceLead 5S efforts to keep shops and parts cribs clean, organized, and audit-readyDevelop training programs that grow mechanic skills and set new hires up for successUse root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures permanentlySet the tone for continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork across all shiftsQualifications:What Makes You a Great FitYou're a self-starter who leads by example and enjoys being on the floor just as much as reviewing reports.You Bring:7+ years of maintenance leadership experience (manufacturing preferred)Bachelor's Degree preferredStrong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo motors, and industrial controlsHands-on experience with CMMS platforms and data-driven maintenance programsA solid understanding of OSHA, EPA, GMPs, SQF, and food manufacturing standardsProven success in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and waste reductionStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsThe ability to turn breakdowns into learning opportunities through root cause analysisThe Physical SideComfortable working in both refrigerated and non-refrigerated environmentsAble to lift or move items weighing 25 to 50 poundsReady to support operations across shifts as neededAbout Company:Take Pride in Your WorkAt Sandridge, the food we make ends up on tables across the country.
