Production Maintenance Technician

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure our production systems operate at peak performance.This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, completing timely repairs, and executing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.If you're a hands-on problem solver who values precision and takes ownership of equipment reliability, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.Responsibilities:What You'll Be DoingPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of food production machinery, systems, and equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues quickly and effectively—downtime is your enemy, and you don't let it winRespond to urgent maintenance calls and production interruptions with confidence and urgencyRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals like a bossUse tools of the trade to get things done right the first timeDocument maintenance work, part usage, and system updates to keep things organized and audit-readyCollaborate with production staff and leadership to ensure minimal disruption and maximum performanceMaintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace—you know that a tidy shop is a productive shopQualifications:What We're Looking ForA solid mechanical background, ideally with 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceWorking knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other food production equipmentComfortable with tools, ladders, lifts, and getting your hands dirtyWillingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts when neededSafety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practicesBonus points if you've worked in a food processing environment or have a maintenance certification, but attitude and skills matter mostAbout Company:Take Pride in Your WorkAt Sandridge, the food we make ends up on tables across the country.
