Overview
As an ASIC & FPGA Engineer, you will own end-to-end FPGA solutions within the Hardware Engineering team, delivering high-performance, reliable hardware for missiles, sensors, and mission-critical subsystems. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with software, hardware, and systems teams to translate requirements into optimized architectures while managing technical risk. The role focuses on designing complex FPGA solutions, verification, and integration in a defense context. This opportunity lets you shape avionics-grade hardware in a purpose-driven environment.

Key requirementsBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent education/experienceProven experience leading FPGA design teams or managing FPGA development projectsProficiency in hardware description languages (VHDL, Verilog, and/or SystemVerilog)Experience with embedded System-on-Chip integration and hardware validationExposure to video and signal-processing implementationsExperience with FPGA simulation, test bench development, scripting, and design verificationStrong collaboration and cross-functional teamworkGood communication skills for leadership and customer updatesTroubleshooting and problem-solving on complex hardware issuesGitLab configuration and version control (preferably)AMD/Xilinx tools and devices (Versal, UltraScale+)High-Level Synthesis
