Systems Analyst (Full Stack Analysis)

Systems AnalystWe are currently sourcing for a Systems Analyst to work in Durham, NC OR Westlake, TX! The role involves functionality and or reports impacted by the decommission, suitable replacements of the functionality or reporting data, existing integrations that require decoupling prior to decommissioning of applications, dependencies and owners of embedded functionality.The expertise you have and skills you bring:10 years systems analysis experience.Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.Full stack, end-to-end analysis experience defining key dependencies between front end and back-end web based applications.Experience with WebFocus desirable.Proven experience with engaging with business partners and customers.A strong analytical and communication skills.Capable of working in a highly-matrixed environment, involving multiple partners and technical groups.Possess technical problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and become a contributor to a highly functioning team.A solid grasp of the financial services industry, attained through training and application experience.Good interpersonal skills including negotiation, communication, and influence.Navigate the organization in order to accomplish work.Multi-task across teams and tasks and responsibilities.Take the lead on issues, and gain resolution in a timely manner.You are a proactive, meticulous, teammate who understands how systems applications can provide solutions to business problems and objectives.
