Overview In this role, you will contribute to AWS’s world-class distributed systems by engaging with large, demanding customers to address needs across a suite of services. You’ll dive into technical issues, drive root-cause analysis, and help improve the customer experience at scale. You’ll work with cross-functional teammates to develop robust, scalable solutions that support AWS infrastructure.
