Assurance Manager - CPA Firm
A well-established, award-winning CPA firm is seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to lead client engagements across audits, reviews, and compilations. This key role involves managing all phases of assurance projects; from planning through completion while supervising teams and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This hybrid position is based in Paramus, New Jersey and offers a dynamic work environment with a balance of remote and in-office collaboration.Compensation : $130000 - $150000Job ID : 38725Job Function:Lead assurance engagements, managing fieldwork, risk assessment, and reporting.Supervise staff and oversee day-to-day engagement operations.Review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and professional standards.Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.Manage budgets, deadlines, and workflow across multiple engagements.Train and mentor team members on assurance procedures.Conduct technical research and communicate findings.
