Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Sitka, AK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,010 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the PositionTravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Sitka, Alaska, 99835!Job Title: Post Anesthesia Care Unit Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Pre-Operative, Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Tuesday to Friday Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years in Operating Room License: Valid, current, full and unrestricted RN license in the State of Alaska Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: Experience in Critical Access Hospitals and/or Rural Operating Rooms strongly preferred Description: This position is located within the Operating Room. We handle all types of elective and emergency cases, including abdominal, thoracic, urology, ENT, plastic, orthopedics, vascular, and obstetrics/gynecology. The nurse will multi-task efficiently and ensure the surgical cases proceed in a timely manner throughout the day. After-hour call services will be utilized to staff the Operating Rooms for nights, holidays, and weekends.
